Brilliant service. A real lifesaver!

I locked myself out of the house – leaving the key inside the lock – to make it especially challenging! Scott come out so quickly and was very calm throughout. After coming home from a hard day at work I got home to found I couldn’t get my front door open due to a broken lock! I searched on the ‘Checkatrade website’ as I had used it before and found Safe and Sound Installations. I decided to call on the basis of the excellent reviews. I can honestly say that I made the right choice! Scott was absolutely fantastic from the minute I spoke to him. Within 1 hour he was at my house and replaced the broken lock. It was that quick!. Had a very old front door lock for which I could not find a replacement anywhere, tried lots of places. Called these guy they came the same day, exactly on the time given and found the replacement lock which they ordered from somewhere. It was fitted along with new front door handles.
