We managed to lock ourselves out but the Safe & Sound Locksmith arrived incredibly quickly within 15 minutes and resolved the issue!

A really excellent service. Arrived to the minute and soon opened the door. I had left the key in the flat. Charming, polite men and who so obviously knew exactly how to solve the problem without needing to drill out the lock. I would highly recommend Safe and Sound.

I locked myself out of the house – leaving the key inside the lock – to make it especially challenging! Scott come out so quickly and was very calm throughout. It got dark and started to rain heavily but he continued while reassuring me that he will get me in which of course he did. Very grateful for his prompt attention and professionalism.

After coming home from a hard day at work I got home to found I couldn’t get my front door open due to a broken lock! I searched on the ‘Checkatrade website’ as I had used it before and found Safe and Sound Installations. I decided to call on the basis of the excellent reviews. I can honestly say that I made the right choice! Scott was absolutely fantastic from the minute I spoke to him. Within 1 hour he was at my house and replaced the broken lock. It was that quick!. Had a very old front door lock for which I could not find a replacement anywhere, tried lots of places. Called these guy they came the same day, exactly on the time given and found the replacement lock which they ordered from somewhere. It was fitted along with new front door handles. Great job, very professional.

I contacted Scott on Monday and he managed to fit me in the next day to change a few door locks after getting work done by builders. This wasn’t an urgent request so I was happy for anytime during the week but was pleased that Scott managed to still squeeze me in straight away as well as keeping me updated if he could arrive earlier.
Scott was very knowledgable and friendly and changed all my locks efficiently and even put a bit of wd40 spray to help my door close more easily. I was very happy with his work and will use Safe and Sound locksmiths again whenever I need locks changed. The price is very reasonable too!
